Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license with the Texas State Bar (required).
• Prior experience practicing criminal law preferred.
• Strong knowledge of criminal procedure and courtroom practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and case strategy development.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
