Commercial Litigation Associate
The candidate will be managing a litigation caseload. Drafting complaints and motions. Preparing and responding to discovery. Preparing for and participating in mediations, trials, and arbitrations. Must possess 4-6+ years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts, with experience representing insurers in insurance defense litigation a plus. Must be proactive and have the ability to work independently. Insurance defense litigation experience is a plus. Excellent writing and analytical skills are required. State and federal court experience required. N.J. Bar admission required; N.Y. Bar admission preferred. Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
