Duties

• Manage assigned matters using case management software.
• Appear in court and travel as required.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.
• 0-5 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors' rights practice.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA.
• Strong foundation in civil procedure and motions practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership of the Texas Bar.
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
