Duties

• Manage construction defect cases and client relationships.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.

• Participate in firm leadership and mentorship initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in construction defect law at the partner level.
• Ability to manage files and maintain client and carrier relationships.
• Trial experience is advantageous.
• Excellent references and a stable job history.
• Active member of the Texas Bar in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
