Duties:

• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing corporate debt financing transactions.
• Conducted legal research and provided analysis on financing-related matters.
• Draft and review financing documents, including credit agreements, security agreements, and promissory notes.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external parties to facilitate financing transactions.
• Provide support and guidance on regulatory compliance issues related to financing transactions.
• Assisted with due diligence reviews and prepared related reports.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• 1-6 years of experience in corporate debt finance, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in secured transactions for both borrowers and lenders.
• Strong understanding of syndicated financing and acquisition financing transactions.
• Proven track record of effectively closing financing transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:
