Debt Finance Counsel

Profile

A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Debt Finance Counsel to join their team. This role will involve working on a variety of corporate transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, secured and unsecured senior debt, acquisition financing, and asset-based lending (ABL finance). The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of corporate transactional experience and possess the drive to manage and lead deals and projects to success. Individuals with experience in debt finance, commercial lending, business transactions, or banking will be preferred.

Duties:

• Handle and oversee a wide range of corporate transactions, with a primary focus on syndicated credit facilities, secured and unsecured senior debt, acquisition financing, and ABL finance.
• Provide legal counsel and support to clients in the area of debt finance.
• Lead and manage deals and projects to successful completion, ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations and requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Strong drive and initiative to manage and lead deals and projects to successful outcomes.
• Preferred experience in debt finance, commercial lending, business transactions, or banking.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar and authorized to practice law in Georgia.
