Duties

• Manage a full caseload in the assigned practice area.

• Supervise and collaborate with case managers and legal assistants.
• Maintain thorough documentation in MyCase, including communications, tasks, and deadlines.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to team strategy discussions.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures, including confidentiality and ethics.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
• Experience preferred, but recent graduates with strong advocacy skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases with attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor in all interactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
