This role involves representing both lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, and acquisition financings.

Duties

• Represent lenders and borrowers in credit facilities and asset-based loans.
• Engage in acquisition financings and mezzanine finance transactions.
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers for mentoring and client contact.
• Participate in loan workouts and restructurings.

Requirements

• Two to six years of relevant law firm experience.
• Experience with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
