Job Overview
A nationwide law firm specializing in secured transactions for entities involved with motor vehicles and other assets is seeking an Arkansas-licensed attorney to join its expanding team. This role will involve managing a high volume of cases related to secured transactions, negotiating impound lien disputes, and handling litigation when necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, litigation experience, and a self-starter attitude.

Duties
Manage high volume caseloads with meticulous attention to detail.
Resolve impound lien disputes with repair shops, tow yards, and government agencies.
Negotiate property damage claims with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
Handle litigation, including ADR (arbitration) or commence lawsuits when negotiations fail.
Review new assignments, analyze legal and financial interests, and propose resolutions for clients.
Communicate directly with various parties (insurance adjusters, attorneys, body shops, tow yards, and clients) via phone and written correspondence.
Negotiate settlements within discretionary authority and confirm satisfaction with clients.
Fully document all activities, including contacts, negotiations, and evidence in case management systems.
Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Requirements
Licensed to practice law in Arkansas.
Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
Ability to manage high caseloads and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and case management software.
Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active member in good standing of the Arkansas State Bar.
Skills
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Litigation experience, including ADR and arbitration.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple cases independently.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
