• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, or trial as needed.
• Collaborate with a senior attorney and review medical and facility records.
• Interview witnesses and help develop case strategy.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in civil litigation and familiarity with elder abuse, healthcare liability, or personal injury matters.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to clients under supervision.
• Proficiency in legal research, including case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Effective negotiation skills for settlement discussions and interactions with opposing counsel.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s).
