Duties

• Litigate personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings and attending hearings.
• Prepare strategic written discovery, motions, and briefs to advance client interests.
• Represent clients confidently in court proceedings and mediations.
• Monitor and manage clients' medical treatment progress.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and senior attorneys to build strong cases.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas or New Mexico (preferably both).
• 1-3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for personal injury cases.
• Strong writing skills and trial-ready communication abilities.
• Comfortable handling depositions, discovery, and courtroom appearances independently.
• Exceptional client communication and case management skills.
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment.
• Passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Texas bar license.
