Duties

• Conduct pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation.

• Participate in depositions and mediations.
• Provide policy analysis and coverage opinions.
• Manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in insurance coverage disputes preferred.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
