Duties

• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
• Supervise support staff as necessary.
• Maintain accurate case records using legal case management software.

Requirements

• Strong decision-making, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple files.
• Active member of the local bar association preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Demonstrated trial and courtroom experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
