A law firm seeks a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join its team in either Colorado Springs, CO. With over 50 years of service in the Colorado legal community, the firm has established a strong reputation for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs in personal injury and mass tort cases. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact while working within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, advocating for their rights and interests.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Organize and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely progression of each matter.
• Collaborate with a team of trial attorneys to prepare for and participate in trials and hearings.
• Engage in ongoing training and development through the firm’s Trial Academy to refine litigation skills.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Excellent writing and legal research skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess complex legal issues.
• Ability to effectively organize and manage a caseload.
• An active Colorado Bar license is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
