Senior. Process Analyst, Operational Excellence
Duties: Identify and document processes (process mapping). Identify value streams. Address process issues affecting productivity, quality, etc. Identify measurement methods to collect process and error data. Implement reliable measurement systems. Baseline data re: Quality, OpEx, CX, UX, among others. Generate and distribute reports and presentations to all levels within the organization. Understand continuous improvement and manage subsequent changes to improved business processes, including establishment of metrics. Ensure appropriate project rigor, on time solutions, and value delivery. Write business cases/justifications, including financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, total cost of ownership, return on investment, and variance analysis. Prepare Lean/Six Sigma and Operational Excellence reference materials. Act as an organizational change leader during project planning and rollout. Analyze existing processes and compare to harmonized processes to identify deviations, gaps and/or necessary changes. Assist Senior Manager, Quality/Operational Excellence with and eventually facilitate Lean events, i.e., process/value stream mapping, data collection, quality method audits, data completion and accuracy audit, etc. Use Visio to conduct process and value stream mapping. Support, develop and/or deliver communications related to implementation of new business processes. Analyze and report data from time studies. Work directly with and assist the Senior Manager with special projects and initiatives. Apply goal setting methodologies to ensure alignment with Firm’s and Department’s strategic initiatives. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies during specific initiatives, request fulfillment, and/or special projects. Develop materials for and/or deliver information to legal and non-legal teams. Assist cross-functional teams understand basic Lean concepts and how to apply Lean tools. Analyze and validate data to provide assurance of accuracy and validity of critical business information.
