The role involves providing legal counsel, conducting scientific and legal research, and advocating on behalf of clients in toxic tort matters.

Duties:

• Specialize in toxic tort defense.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to environmental and occupational exposure claims.
• Conduct scientific and legal research specific to toxic tort cases.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and defense tactics.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.

Requirements:
