Duties

• Manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.
• Research complex legal issues and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
• Conduct court appearances, client meetings, and depositions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in MD; additional jurisdictions a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation required.
• 4-8 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in MD required; additional jurisdictions a plus.

Skills

• Experience with complex general liability, professional liability, and construction litigation.
• Proficiency in handling personal injury and property damage claims.
