Duties:

• Handle insurance defense and plaintiff personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage case files and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense and personal injury litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
• Preference for candidates barred in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.
