Duties

• Represent creditors in consumer litigation matters.
• Handle substantial case volume with minimal supervision.
• Conduct hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings in SC and NC.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve cases effectively.
• Manage staff to support practice efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year's experience in litigation in private practice.
• Dual licensed in SC and NC preferred.
• Three years' experience representing creditors in state court desired.
• Preference for in-office work environment.
• Regular presence in Charlotte, NC office required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in NC and SC.
