Duties

• Manage all aspects of complex civil litigation.
• Engage in discovery processes with support from the eDiscovery team.
• Prepare for depositions and hearings.
• Draft motions and mediation statements.
• Work directly with clients on litigation matters.

Requirements

• 12+ years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership.

Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in cyber/data/privacy litigation is highly valued.
