Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior associate for their Structured Finance practice in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate, and/or real estate.

Duties

• Advise clients on securitization and structured finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate complex financial agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant financial regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with CLO, CMBS, Repo, and ABL finance is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Solid law firm work experience.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
