Duties

• Represent healthcare providers in structuring and employment matters.
• Handle transactions, regulations, and licensing for healthcare entities.
• Advise on compliance, administration, and facility acquisition.
• Provide counsel on construction, land use, taxes, and litigation.
• Support legal requirements for day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in health care law.
• Strong commitment to client service and relationship building.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive in business development and initiative.
• Leadership and time management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of The Florida Bar or licensed in another state with willingness to sit for The Florida Bar exam.
• Florida Bar Board Certification in Health Law preferred.
