A law firm seeks a qualified Litigation Associate Attorney to join its practice in Mount Laurel Township, NJ. The attorney will manage a high-volume caseload involving creditors' rights and real estate litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and managing discovery. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Draft pleadings and conduct legal research.
• Manage discovery and support motion practice.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams.
• Handle case progression from inception through resolution.
• Make court appearances and travel as required.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
• Proficiency in case management and reporting software.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Foreclosure, and related areas.
• Commitment to superior client care and proactive communication.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership of the New Jersey Bar.
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
