Duties

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in depositions and dispositive motions.
• Engage in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Pennsylvania bar admission is required.
• New Jersey and/or New York bar admission is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in civil litigation strongly preferred.
• Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Pennsylvania bar admission.
