The candidate will be responsible to research novel areas of disability law and write legal and policy memoranda; Contribute to analysis and development of disability policy; Work directly with clients, participating in individual case advocacy; and Gain exposure to impact litigation and/or policy analysis. Must have exemplary research, writing, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to promoting and protecting the rights of adults and children with disabilities and/or public interest law is preferred.
