Job Overview
A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with over six years of experience to join its Structured Finance practice. This is a high-value, market-leading practice advising financial institutions on complex structured finance and securitization matters, including digital infrastructure and private credit facilities. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in asset-backed securitizations or related capital markets work, with a strong preference for large law firm experience.

Location

Duties

• Advise financial institutions on structured finance and securitization transactions

• Represent issuers, underwriters, lenders, borrowers, sellers, and purchasers in asset-backed deals

• Structure and negotiate transactions including:

  • Repo finance

  • Trade receivable financing

  • Digital infrastructure transactions

  • Warehouse lending

  • Structured private credit

• Draft and review legal documents related to securitization and capital markets

• Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams on transactional matters

• Manage high-level client relationships and contribute to strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant structured finance or related experience

• Previous experience at a large law firm required

• Strong transactional and negotiation background

• Demonstrated interest in structured finance, securitization, or private credit

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Bar in the state of practice (New York, Texas, or Florida)

• Member in good standing

Skills

• Deep understanding of asset-backed securitization and structured finance products

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks

• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple complex deals under tight deadlines
