A hybrid working schedule may be available after training, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Duties

• Defend civil litigation cases.
• Manage case files independently.
• Conduct client interviews and meetings.
• Engage and prepare experts for depositions and trials.
• Handle pre-trial discovery and motions.
• Participate in mediation and arbitration as first chair.
• Develop marketing and business strategies.
• Draft publications and legal presentations.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Strong work ethic and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
