The candidate must have 3-5 years of construction litigation experience. Should have overall case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and experience in court proceedings. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are required. Excellent research and presentation skills are needed. Illinois Bar admission is required.
