Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-senior level Real Estate Counsel to join their team in St. Louis, Missouri. The successful candidate will advise on complex commercial real estate transactions, supporting clients through acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition.

Duties

• Advise lenders, owners, and developers on real estate and financing transactions.
• Negotiate and close agreements related to construction loans, term loans, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Provide guidance on land use, zoning matters, and construction contracts.
• Manage complex transactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of legal commercial real estate experience.
• Strong background in real estate and financing transactions.
• Experience in joint ventures and economic incentives preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.
