Duties

• Handle employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3, and dependent applications.
• Manage J-1 waivers, PERM labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions, and adjustment of status filings.
• Engage in consular processing and I-9 compliance.
• Assist with waivers, U.S. naturalization, family-based immigration, and humanitarian programs.

Requirements

• Over four years of experience in immigration law.
• Licensed to practice law with a good reputation in the legal community.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong expertise in employment-based visa matters.
• Proficiency in consular processing and I-9 compliance.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
