Duties

Requirements

• 5-8 years of legal experience in business transactions, general corporate and commercial work, real estate, drafting, and agreement review.
• Reputation for good standing in the legal community.
• Licenses or willingness to obtain licenses in North Dakota and Montana.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in North Dakota and Montana preferred.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
