Duties:

- Independently handle and manage individual case files.
- Collaborate with an experienced Partner to discuss litigation strategy.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and internal teams.
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of Louisiana.
- Proven experience in defending clients in various litigation matters.
- Familiarity with personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance defense cases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
