Duties

• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court appearances.
• Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery and motion practice.
• Perform case analysis, research, and drafting of legal documents.
• Work independently and efficiently on assigned cases.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with all pre-trial phases of litigation.
• NY Bar admission required; NJ Bar admission preferred.
• NY litigation experience required; NJ experience a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
