Duties:

• Manage and represent clients in insurance defense litigation matters
• Appear regularly in federal and state courts in Tennessee
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
• Handle case management from inception to resolution, including settlement negotiations and trial preparation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and legal tactics

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in insurance defense or related fields
• Strong courtroom presence and experience in both state and federal courts
• Ability to handle cases independently and with minimal supervision
• Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Valid Bar license in Tennessee
