The candidate should have 4+ years of experience handling antidumping and countervailing duty investigations before both the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission. Should have strong experience with antidumping investigations before the Department of Commerce, including questionnaire response analysis. Must preferably have a JD degree. Must have excellent academic credentials along with strong research and writing skills. Must be admitted to practice in Washington, DC or be eligible to waive in.
