- Experience with immigrant visa filings, including PERM, EB-1, and AOS.
- High volume practice experience preferred.
- Licensed to practice law in Nebraska.
Education
- JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska.
Skills
- Strong employment-related immigration work experience.
