Litigation Associate

The candidate should have 3 years of complex litigation experience, preferably with an emphasis on defending pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer health or consumer-facing products and companies. Should have experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, eDiscovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, as well as a trial or trial preparation. Should also demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills as well as strong academic credentials. Should be highly motivated to be part of active trial practice, demonstrate initiative, an ability to assume responsibility for client matters, as well as the interpersonal skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
