• Engage in business torts, contract disputes, and consumer protection claims.
• Evaluate early exit options to minimize litigation costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MDL and/or consumer class actions.
• Proven track record in handling complex commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
