Duties:

• Meet with clients to understand and advise on estate planning objectives

• Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives

• Handle all aspects of probate and trust administration

• Independently manage assigned caseloads from inception to completion

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support a smooth workflow

• Uphold firm values including professionalism, accountability, and kindness

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law (Florida-specific)

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases without oversight

• Consistent and timely delivery of legal services and communications

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Florida Bar
