Duties

• Handle family-based, humanitarian, and removal defense immigration cases.
• Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and related agencies.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients in a culturally competent manner.
• Collaborate with a multilingual legal team across offices.

Requirements

• Active Georgia Bar License.
• 1-3 years of immigration law experience preferred.
• Strong writing, litigation, and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and sound legal judgment.
• Spanish fluency is a valued asset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Bar License in Georgia.
