• Develop estate plans integrating business planning for executives and entrepreneurs.
• Counsel clients on estate and business planning, including family partnerships and LLCs.
• Perform tax planning, asset protection, and disability planning activities.
• Draft and negotiate prenuptial and co-tenancy agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Admitted to the Georgia Bar and in good standing.
• Experience with billable hour targets or production-based goals.
• Knowledge of taxation and liability protection strategies.
• Excellent writing, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
