Duties

• Assist in debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, and SEC compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with shareholders and participate in client development activities.
• Contribute to a cohesive team environment while managing independent tasks.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate, securities, capital markets, and M&A at an AM Law 100 firm.
• Experience with securitizations and aviation clients is an asset.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education

• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted and in good standing with the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, New York, District of Columbia, or Florida).
