The role involves managing a docket of approximately 50 cases, investigating and preserving evidence, and developing medical and triage assigned cases. The attorney will handle property damage claims, communicate with clients and adjusters, and prepare monthly status reports.

Duties

• Investigate and develop commercial cases.
• Accept and evaluate incoming calls from potential new clients.
• Secure accident reports and property damage photos.
• Obtain witness statements and perform investigations.
• Prepare and submit case reviews per firm policy.
• Manage clients during the case development intake process.
• Prepare and document demands for case settlements.

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid TX driver license and good driving record.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
