Manage and execute structured finance transactions, including securitizations, asset-backed financings, and esoteric asset structures
Draft, review, and negotiate key deal documents, ensuring legal and commercial alignment
Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues impacting financial transactions
Coordinate with internal teams across regulatory, tax, finance, and IP to deliver integrated legal solutions
Act as a primary point of contact with clients and contribute to relationship management
Support the development of innovative transaction structures involving new asset classes
Participate in strategic deal planning and provide ongoing guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle
4+ years of law firm or in-house legal experience focused on securitization or structured finance
Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactional work with minimal supervision
Prior exposure to esoteric or novel financing products is strongly preferred
Capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Juris Doctor (JD), LLM, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility for admission)
In good standing with applicable legal licensing authorities
Superior drafting, structuring, and negotiation abilities
High-level business and financial acumen
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business advice
Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of initiative
Fluency in English; international legal experience is advantageous
