A law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Partner in Cleveland, OH. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic IP practice group, focusing on complex patent disputes and trademark litigation.

Duties

• Lead and manage sophisticated IP litigation cases in federal court.
• Advise clients on patent and trademark litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to the growth of the IP practice group.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of IP litigation experience, primarily in patent litigation.
• Experience in trademark litigation is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage all phases of IP litigation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Portable book of business is preferred but not required.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
