Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Partner to join its growing practice group. This position offers flexibility in location, with options for hybrid or remote work from various U.S. cities, including Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Irvine, Los Angeles, Morristown, San Francisco, St. Louis, and Washington, DC.

Duties

• Lead and manage trademark, patent, and ITC litigation cases.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with a team of IP attorneys and support staff.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the IP practice group.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Proven track record in trademark, patent, or ITC matters.
• Ability to develop and sustain client relationships.
• Portable book of business is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
