Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate all transaction documents, including M&A documents, purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, disclosure schedules, and related ancillary agreements; Coordinate the efforts of the internal legal and risk due to diligence teams, working closely with other stakeholders to complete transactions; Be able to prepare, negotiate, review and revise a high volume of commercial and operational contracts; Function successfully in a highly visible and challenging position; Display the highest level of ethical conduct and integrity; and Develop creative and compliant solutions to assist in resolving complicated issues.
