Duties

• Lead and manage a team of pre-litigation intake attorneys

• Supervise case intake processes and ensure accurate client onboarding

• Oversee and guide attorneys in drafting pleadings, performing legal research, and engaging in early negotiations

• Monitor team performance using case management software and reporting tools

• Ensure consistent communication between attorneys, clients, and support staff

• Train attorneys in best practices for client service and early case value optimization

• Provide strategic insight on legal issues related to case preparation and pre-litigation development

• Collaborate with senior firm leadership on team goals, compliance, and firmwide initiatives

• Maintain high ethical standards and legal compliance across the team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage legal teams

• Strong litigation insight with experience handling pre-trial procedures

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Comfort using legal technology for case tracking and performance management

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing
