Location:

Duties:
Represent clients in litigation and bankruptcy proceedings
Draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents
Conduct legal research and prepare written memoranda
Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials
Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with supervising attorneys
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts effectively
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in litigation and bankruptcy law
Judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred
Admission to the Maryland Bar (required)
Admission in DC and/or Virginia is beneficial
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active license to practice law in Maryland
Additional admission in DC and/or Virginia preferred
Skills:
Exceptional legal research and writing ability
Strong oral advocacy and analytical thinking skills
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to work independently and within a legal team
