The candidate must have 2-6 years of experience. Should have a strong transaction background with excellent writing ability, experience working on complex, multi-party transactions, and an interest in alternative delivery. Public financing experience, bank lending, federal regulatory, transit, heavy rail, and meaningful law firm experience would be helpful. Public procurement experience, alternative project delivery drafting and negotiating, and environmental permitting and related experience are preferred. Experience as a lead or co-lead advisor to public sector procuring authorities and/or sponsors in an alternative delivery program or project pre-development, procurement/solicitation, negotiations are strongly preferred. Active Bar admission in CO is preferred.
